Sept. 15, 2009 - Glee Cast USTREAM [x]
The cast did a USTREAM in the airport before leaving for Australia. There is no recording, but fans who watched it were able to capture the images above (and a few more, at the source).
The stream included Cory talking about being a Canucks fan, Kevin and Jenna wearing neck pillows, Dianna appearing briefly before spilling her drink, and the cast fielding marriage proposals from fans (Chris was excited to “finally” get proposals, Cory talked about not jumping into marriage too quickly). They also talked about looking forward to their Australia trip and meeting koalas/kangaroos.

To the gleeks that have been there since “sit down your rocking the boat”: Too see them win nationals is too much. No other gleeks will know how we feel to see them win on that stage. We have been there, singing along to “don’t stop believing” in red shirts and converse. We know everything. We know all the songs, the episodes, the lines…. We know it. And WE have been there through it all. When glee was a room full of 5 and a half dorks, when finn found out he could sing, when rachel pushed him to believe in himself, when quinn santana and brittany all auditioned with “say a little prayer for you”, to when tina had a stutter and artie was rapping with mr. shue, mercedes the diva, kurt was in the closet…… we have seen it. we have sung it. we have lived it…….And now they all have a chance, rachel re-did her audition, puck has a second chance, and they all have a dream. They won. And we watched as they learned and grew into champions. They deserved to win. And the characters, and the actors, will never know how much this means to all of us. But we will never forget the hardships they went through, the friendships they made, and the dreams they taught all of us to follow.
